Having gone through an unpleasant probate/estate experience myself, I take extra care to assist those who are managing an estate or probate situation. I genuinely care about the people I assist, and understand you may need extra time to process the passing of a family member, friend. or loved one. I am committed to providing executors an experienced compassionate approach that will minimize their stress and efforts, helping the entire probate & estate process flow much more smoothly for everyone involved.
As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, I specialize in working with you in understanding the current condition of the property, the real estate market, helping you navigate managing the personal property side of things (personal belongings, furniture, vehicles, etc), working with your leagal team/attorney to make sure you are taking the appropriate legal steps as you decide to sell a property which is held in probate or is part of an estate, and most importantly, guiding you through every phase of the real estate transaction by negotiating the price and terms you and your family need. Because of my experience, background and training, I can be there for you every step of the way in assisting you with the sale of your property. This also means I can help you with all the little and big details of your estate or probate property sale as well. From helping you select and schedule service providers (ie professionals that can help you get the personal property sorted, handyman tasks, estate liquidators and appraisers, etc) all the way until the settlement of the property.
